I originally made this list for my brother and his wife. They both just started Grad school and are taking a pattern making class together and because I’m almost done with my Fashion Design degree I thought I’d share all the things I use in sewing and pattern making, be prepared, it’s a lot, but it’s only a fraction of what I actually have. I will probably add more to it later, but for now here are the basics.
Ultra Fine Glass Head Pins (silk pins)

3/4″ Hole Punch (alternative to The Rabbit punch)

Erasers (You WILL make mistakes, I still do. These are also great for making small stamps.)

Bohin Extra Fine Chalk Pen (works best on dark and heavier fabrics)
