If you read my Intro post and my Timeline post you’ve learned a bit about me and why this blog exists. Now, we’ll get into what I’m currently working on. The following numbers are taken directly from my Master List, I just describe the points in more detail what I’m working on. I honestly feel like I’m climbing a never ending mountain as I look at these specific goals. They are huge and scary, but they are mine.

#11- Get 1,000,000 subscribers on my blog (and/or Instagram).

I know that’s a lot, but you have to start somewhere and this is my starting somewhere. I’m making posts based on what I know now and eventually as I keep writing I will learn more about myself and what I truly want out of my life. I like to tell people that I’m a work in progress, hence “Dianna Evolves,” haha! Here’s to beginning of a bunch of new adventures! Oh, and please subscribe to my mailing list or follow me on Instagram @dianna_evolves. Thanks!

#10- Get a bachelor’s degree.

After my first escapade in school I told myself that school wasn’t for me and that I would never go back. When I was pregnant with my daughter I couldn’t stop thinking about going back to school. I found the only school in my area that offered Fashion Design and I got everything in order to start 6 months after my daughter’s due date. That gave me the opportunity to be with her as a new baby and then I could take night classes so my husband could be with her while I was away. I’m amazed at how that last three years have gone by so fast, yet so slow in some instances, and in just a few weeks I will be a college graduate and be able to devote more time to this blog and the rest of what I’m working on. I’m so excited for school to be almost over, because then I get to spend more time on other long-term goals, like doTERRA.

#5- Become Triple Presidential Diamond in doTERRA.

I’m currently Executive rank and have been for years. I definitely have a long way to go to even become a Presidential Diamond, let alone do it three times. I think I can do it, even though I’m super terrified of the process, but I love doTERRA. I love what they believe and their products are amazing! I know I have a lot to learn and tons of work ahead of me, but when I get there, I’ll have so many doors open up for me based solely on the income alone. And I need it, I mean, have you seen my Master List?

#28- Get in the habit of reading every day for at least 30 minutes.

I count listening to audiobooks or podcasts as reading because right now I don’t have the time to sit down and read, I wish I did though. In order for me to get all my tasks complete every day I have to listen while I do dishes or homework or laundry. I listen most days. I’m not perfect after all, but I’m working on it.

#68- Develop Self-discipline.

This is a hard one to measure. I decided that I’m measuring my self-discipline as successfully finishing school by doing all of my coursework on time and doing the work I’ve scheduled for this blog in the time I’ve set aside. Keeping your nose to the grindstone is hard. Especially when there are so many other things that give immediate satisfaction, like playing Stardew Valley or watching a movie on Netflix, both of which I can do sitting on my butt with little to no brain power. (I like playing video games and watching movies…)

#75- Read 50 books in one year.

I decided 2019 is my year to do this. It’s about 1 book per week, with a 2-week buffer, you know for holidays and stuff. I almost wrote “for illness,” but it’s much easier for me to read/listen when I’m sick because I’m not expected to do much more than the basics and get myself better. I made a post of the 32 books I read in 2018. 30 books is about average for me, so I thought I’d stretch myself and read 50 this year. I’m on track with this goal today. I just checked my list of finished books for the year and I’m right on target with 35 completed. I have 15 books left to read! I’m getting there! I’m proud of myself, it’s not easy for me to make time to listen between all of my responsibilities. I have learned that I am most successful by rotating the kind of books I read. I love both self-development and fiction books. I break up my self-development books with fun fictionbooks, so I don’t feel like reading has become a chore.

#89- Have 10 income streams set up.

In all of the business books and other trainings that talk about becoming wealthy financially, they say to have at least 7 different streams of income set up. That way if one doesn’t work or loses money, you still have 6 others to keep your lifestyle afloat while you figure out how to get that 7th one going again. Well, my goal is to have 10. My hopeful income streams are; #1- this blog, and #2- doTERRA. I expect these to be the most difficult to establish, but once I get them going, I’ll be able to get the other 8 going faster. The other ways I’d like to earn money is #49- Have a dance/fitness studio with adult dance classes for at least ballet, tap, pole, and circus training, #76- Become a Real Estate Investor, #64- Clothing Brand/Manufacturer, #97- Robert’s school, #122- Start a sewing factory (Having a brand and being a manufacturer is different than having a factory, I want both.), and I’m working on figuring out the rest. If I think about it too much I get overwhelmed, so I try to focus on what I can do now. Just thinking about the possibilities gets me excited!

#94- Get completely out of debt.

I have to get out of the debt I’ve gotten myself into. My debt is in the form of student loans and credit cards. I don’t want to spend the next 10 years of my life paying for an education that took 3 years to accomplish and I don’t want credit card debt to run my life. If I can get a bachelor’s degree in 3 years, then I hope I can get out of that debt in just as much time. My goal for getting out of debt completely is by the end of 2023. This includes all my credit cards and student loans for both me and my husband. In case you were wondering, I’ve got about $80,000 in debt. I need to pay off about $27,000 each year to reach my goal. And since I currently make no money each month, I have a lot of work to do.

Now you know the stuff I’m currently working on. I guess a few of those can all be categorized under “Make More Money” which is a the reason to even do business, right? Who doesn’t want to earn more money?

Tell me: What is one dream/goal that you could accomplish within the next year?
