All of my real self-development began with my introduction to doTERRA. I couldn’t see it then, but I can clearly see it now. doTERRA led me to learn about my emotions and feelings, how to manage them safely, how to dream big dreams, and also gave me better resources to take care of my family at home.

While I was in school in 2017 I decided I wanted to start a blog. I wasn’t sure what I would write about, but my heart kept telling me to do it. As I thought about what I could possibly share with the world I finally decided on tackling my Master List and using my lifestyle as the basis for it. I wanted to encompass as much about my life as I could. I don’t know about you, but I wonder what else people do with themselves beyond their niche, beyond what they do for exercise, beyond their job, beyond what they eat, etc. So, I decided to share as much as I could, within reason of course. Enter doTERRA, I’ve been using their essential oils and products since the end of 2012. #5 on my Master List is become Triple Presidential Diamond in doTERRA, which is terrifying to me.

Patience Is Hard

When I first enrolled in doTERRA I had grand dreams of becoming Diamond rank in a year and Presidential Diamond in two. Throughout my healing process I had to learn to be patient with myself. Being patient is not easy, especially now that just about everything is so easily accessible via the internet. I have no idea how long it’ll take me to reach Presidential, let alone do it three times, but this is where I’m starting.

Goals

I revisited my doTERRA goals recently. In my mind I battled between staying a product user versus doing it as a business. I decided that I need to do the business and actively build. For some reason I can’t quit sharing doTERRA. I feel like there are people who need my unique words and service to help them on their own healing journey. I decided to wait until school was over because I didn’t want all my mental health progress to be stifled by overwhelm, because taking care of myself is a priority in my life. I’m so grateful I can use doTERRA’s essential oils and products as part of the foundation for my wellbeing.

My current doTERRA goals scare me like crazy! At convention this year I decided that I want to reach Silver by the end of December 2019. There are a lot of reasons why, but mainly because I want to provide an extra income for my family. I also want to go to the Leadership Retreat in March and do Diamond Club in the Spring, both require the rank of Silver as a prerequisite. I would love to get myself to Diamond rank before next year’s convention, so that’s what I’m working towards. I don’t know how I’ll get there yet, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out, even if it takes me longer than I want it to.

I can’t imagine what my life would look like without doTERRA. I’m honestly not sure I’d be here today. doTERRA gave me hope. Hope that I could heal and hope that someday I could change my financial circumstances. doTERRA not only gave me amazing natural products, but also an expansion of my mind and what is possible. I learned to dream again, and dream bigger than ever before! Best of all, I learned I have the power to change my life, to create it the way I want. doTERRA is a gift, literally. Are you ready for it?
